ClipMan

Clipman is an extension of the standard clipboard shipped with Windows. You can store all the items copied in a list, send them back at the clipboard or forward to the plugins.

If you want, you can also edit the images in the list.
It is able to handle text and images, and has a feature to execute actions on specific text selections by matching them against regular expressions.
